Creative Process
1. Research: I reviewed Doorman’s competitors, service area, customer reviews, and search trends to better understand their digital landscape.
2. Google Ads Campaigns: I designed and managed pay-per-click ads focused on service-based keywords with local targeting. I optimized ad copy, CPC, CTR, and structured snippets to improve ROI.
3. Email Marketing: Using Brevo, I created automated service reminder campaigns, maintenance tips, and promotional newsletters with custom graphics and call-to-actions.
4. Local SEO: I improved Doorman’s Google Business Profile through keyword-rich service descriptions, post scheduling, and client review strategies to enhance local search performance.
5. Tracking & Refinement: Regular performance reviews allowed for iterative improvements, ensuring ad spend efficiency and increasing conversion rates.
Results
-Google Ads achieved a 4.53% CTR with an average CPC of $0.77
-Local SEO enhancements led to improved rankings and higher engagement on Google Business Profile
-Email campaigns led to increased repeat customer inquiries and maintenance bookings
Conclusion
Through a combination of local SEO, paid ads, and email campaigns, I was able to increase Doorman Garage Doors’ visibility and generate meaningful customer engagement. This project demonstrates my ability to implement and refine full-funnel marketing strategies for small businesses.
